Snežana Karadžić completed her secondary school education in 1979 at the Technical School Center in Obiliq/Obilić, after which she continued her studies at the College of Law. He improves his skills by participating in the 2005 Hope Fellowship Program in Pristina.

She gained several years of work experience as one of the first non-majority civil servants in Kosovo since 2000. In 2002, she was appointed by the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General in Kosovo as a delegate to the Obilić Municipal Assembly. In the years that followed, she was hired as Director of Local Community Offices (OCA / UNMIK) until 2008. She was appointed a member of the Board of Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK) in 2009. From 2008 to 2014, she worked in various positions within government institutions: Advisor to the Minister for Return, Advisor to the Minister for Labor and Social Policy and Advisor to the Minister for Local Government.

He has been working as a Community Advisor at the Ministry of Communities and Returns since 2014.

She lives and works in Fushë/Kosovo Polje, is a mother of two, her mother tongue is Serbian, she uses Albanian and English.
