Nenad Talić earned his Bachelor's degree in basic academic studies from the Law Faculty of the University of Prishtina. He continued his education at the Master Academic Studies in the "Union - Nikola Tesla" University in Belgrade, where he earned a master's degree in International Business Law. He gained many years of working experience working in Kosovo since 1997 with various international and local organizations, central and local institutions to build a legislative framework in the field of local government, human rights protection, democracy development and the rule of law. From 2005 to 2018, he participated in the preparation, drafting and implementation of numerous by-laws, strategic documents and development projects at the local government level. He has co-authored several publications and manuals on effective governance. He has received several awards for his work. Prior to his appointment as Senior Political Advisor and Head of Cabinet at the Ministry for Communities and Return, he served as Deputy Minister of Justice in the Government of Kosovo. He was born on December 24, 1975 in Pristina. He is married to Marina, he has sons Lazar and Danilo. She is fluent in Serbian, Albanian and English and is fluent in Russian.
