Dalibor Jevtic was born in Pristina on March 31, 1978. Until his appointment as Minister for Communities and Return in the previous Government of Kosovo, he served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Communities and Return from September 2017 to February 2020. He previously served as Minister for Communities and Return from April 2015 to September 2017. In the municipality of Shtërpcë/Štrpce, he held the position of Deputy Mayor in the period March-April 2015. He also held the post of Minister for Communities and Return from March 2013 to December 2014.
Prior to his political career from 2001 to 2009, he worked for the American company KBR in Kosovo and Iraq, where he worked as a manager. He has been awarded several times by the United States Army for his outstanding work and contribution and was named Manager of the Year in 2009 at a time when he was working as a manager on a logistical support project in peacekeeping missions in Iraq.
He has received more recognition from the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOCH). One of the special acknowledgments of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren is the "Gramata" for its great contribution to the restoration of Orthodox shrines in Kosovo.
He is a master lawyer by profession, speaks Serbian, English and serves himself with the Albanian language.
